Dal Berry brings over 30 years of senior managerial expertise
in both private and public companies. He has served as president
and CEO of Graphic Sciences, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary
of Burroughs Corporation, and as vice president of Xerox Worldwide
Facsimile Business Operations. His IPO experience is also extensive.
He was president and CEO Telscape International Inc. (formerly
PTMC), which was taken public in 1994; and CEO of VMX, Inc.,
the worldwide leader in the voice messaging industry, taken
public in 1983. VMX merged with Octel, which was later acquired
by Lucent Technologies.
As an industry leader, Mr. Berry also serves on the board of
several trade and community organizations including: Former
chairman of the Texas Council of the American Electronics Association,
member of the American Electronics Association National Board
of Directors, vice-chairman of the Committee of Business Executives
for Better Education in Texas, and board of directors for the
Technology Executives Roundtable. Mr. Berry also serves on the
advisory board of Nokia's Innovent Group and Genesis Campus.
